HBA Ohio was founded in May 2008 and strives to become the premier organization in Ohio that increases the number of women leaders in all sectors of healthcare in order to expand opportunities for women in the future. We believe that women need to be in leadership positions in order to influence decision makers in a variety of areas, like the future direction of healthcare, including delivery, outcomes and policy.
